PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.
You will receive an email confirmation once your item ships.
Customized product: Since each piece of jewelry is handmade, it usually takes 7 working days to manufacture and quality inspection. After your items are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

ORDER STATUS
To check on the status of your order, email service@readyourheart.com. You can also consult through online customer service. Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.
