The first shipment of the ring didn't go well at all. The package had been opened, the ring inside was stolen and the package was minimally taped back up. I was heartbroken! RYH took action right away and offered to send a replacement for the price of shipping. I was very skeptical about the integrity of the shipping company (GOFO) but I received the 2nd shipment intact and I finally have my ring. The ring ships from China so be prepared to wait a long time. I ordered for the 1st time on 11/14 and received my replacement on 12/26. It's gorgeous and I'm happy.
I have diamond rings but they are heirlooms and I keep them in a safe. I never wear them because I fear theft or loss. This ring is as beautiful as they are, but I am relaxed and wear it 24/7.
