My experience with my custom order was simple and easy. Grace was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. I saw a ring that was customized in the review of the ring I wanted and had just a few changes on the stones which are blue sapphire and a 1.5 carot main stone. It turned out perfect like I wanted. I payed for express shipping. It got here fast once it shipped. Took 10 days for the ring to be customized then shipped. I was skeptical at first but ring is beautiful. Will order from again in the future. Can't says to the durability of ring only had a few days.

My now husband custom designed my engagement ring and wedding band with black and white Moissanite stones. I wanted something a little bit different, that nobody else has, and Read Your Heart did not disappoint. He just surprised me with this gorgeous, custom crown style band to complete the stack for our 1 yr anniversary. I love how unique and bold the black accents turn a halo style ring into something one of a kind. The anniversary band gives it a whimsical, artistic flare which i love. The stones are beautiful and very sparkly. Their design team does an amazing job, and my husband mentioned he worked with the same woman for both designs. I have not had any issues with the setting or stones, and hopefully my experience with any future service requests will be as easy as it was designing the pieces. We will be a repeat customer for years to come.

This is a gorgeous ring, my favourite.
Grace has been phenomenal. I wanted a ring in their selection BUT I wanted it my way. I wanted ALL princess cut stones. No Rounds and I wanted gold but not “gold plated”. Yes that meant spending more and that was ok. We went back and forth for a few months. Attempting to get what was in my mind onto the page.. Ultimately this is what I received. 3ct for the center stone and 2.5 mm for the channel set band stones. There are little bitty ones under the center stone. This is the ring I had selected when I lost the stone from my wedding set. My husband wanted only the best for me and we didn’t build it. BECAUSE He wanted DIAMONDS.. EEEK I knew we were not going to spend that kind of money. When he passed recently I decided to get the ring we had agreed on but more affordable. Thank you Grace and the Team Robin

WOW! I saw this ring in 2007 and it was really really expensive! $6,000 to be exact. I was able to get it custom made here for just over $300 and I absolutely LOVE IT! It is a Princess cut 3 carat moissanite ring. The sides are so beautiful the center stone is so amazing! I get so many compliments on it. I took a photo with a couple ring guards, but it is gorgeous all by it's self! If you want a custom ring they were super easy to work with. They emailed me a couple questions, I paid for it and got exactly what I wanted! YAY!!!

I absolutely love my new rings!! I had ordered 2 different sets in sterling silver to make a decision, but knew i needed white gold so I asked for the set I chose to be in white gold and welded. They sent me design sketches to get my approval. From the time i actually okayed the design, they were quite prompt. I also bought an extra wedding band for when i want to dress up for more special. (That is the picture with 3 rings.) These are my new rings celebrating 50 years of marriage. The main stone is 1 carat. They are perfect, sparkly, but not gaudy, even with the 3rd band. The customer service rep (Grace)was great! I am a satisfied customer!
