This ring is beautiful and a perfect fit. It is just as it’s described. One caveat was the shipping. If you’re prepared to wait up to one month with no tracking info, it’s worth it! I will say that customer service was very responsive to all inquiries, but it was about five weeks from placing the order to receiving it.

I love the ring but getting it was not easy. I was told when I ordered it and paid expedited shipping for it that I would have it shipped out in under 10 business days. On day 14 I wrote an email to them and they said they had no order for me. They asked for any information on my order so i gave it to them and then 2 weeks later, I received it but no refund for the expedited shipping I paid for.

I love all the jewelry I’ve purchased from RYH but going forward, if something isn’t done to improve the shipping experience, I’m afraid I’m not going to be ordering any longer. From time of purchase to time of notification that it’s ready to ship is lengthy enough but then the product sits with you in this instance for another 8 days before USPS picks it up and then waiting more time for it to go thru USPS. You just can’t count on your purchases getting to you on time if they are gifts. I know you offer expedited service for additional charge but again if product isn’t moved to the shipper, it’s not worth the cost. It’s a shame, nice things but not worth the wait with unreliable shipping. Just my opinion.
