The ring is beautiful . I love it but it runs big as a result of the setting. The top of the setting is open where the main stone sits. I contacted customer service via email as directed on the website to get half smaller size and they never responded. That was disappointing. I have to take it to a jeweler to have the ring sized down half a size because it slips off my finger easily.
